An installed, performance-interrogation into self and the other. What's your favourite topping on toast? How would you describe the colour of your skin? How un-Australian are you? In Attract/Repel, writer and director Ming-Zhu Hii takes a bold, raw, and idiosyncratic new look at race and identity, similarity and difference, and the age-old issue of us and them. Visually and aurally stunning, it is a brazen new work that pushes artistic as well as thematic boundaries. It challenges old assumptions, and asks big and tricky questions of its audience. With a dramatically diverse creative team, The Melbourne Town Players interrogates who we are, how we behave, and why we are still being racist.

A five-course black-comic digust-ation. Splattered stories about sex, food and history, laced with LSD. From blood-soaked business dinners to boy-love bakery classes, acclaimed collective Little Ones Theatre presents a tasty, confronting evening of characters who play with their food, push boundaries and expose the slimy inner-workings that lie beneath domestic facades. They say that food brings people together, and it does in Greene's episodic satire, however, instead of creating the ultimate in wholesome family fun, food becomes an outlet to bring our darkest fantasies to the table.

'Greene is a major talent. His career will be watched with much interest' - The Age.

Paully and Lulu have been friends for years but living together is putting a strain on the relationship. Paully's high pressure job at the Comedy Laboratory is squeezing all the joy out of his already melancholy soul, and the only way he can communicate with Lulu these days is by sending letters to her highly successful, nationally syndicated, love advice column, I Love Lulu. If she realized who was sending all those letters she'd know he was completely, desperately in love with her. But a horse, even one as well read and morally decent as Paully, is not a fit love match for a real human girl. A radio sitcom, puppet show and love story all in one.

Writer Lou Sanz (Moosehead 2009, Life Support SBS TV) takes her storytelling talents off the page and onto the stage in attempt to write an entire play live (yes, with a complete narrative and all) with the help of some of Melbourne's most accomplished impro and comedy performers. Featuring The Hounds, Toby Truslove, Geraldine Hickey, Celia Pacquola, Luke McGregor and many other special Fringe guests... this is sure to be, if anything, a rather spontaneous event.
